Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Nurency Digital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email automation software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results through innovative marketing strategies.

Salary: BDT 100k – 120k per month
