Lead UX Designer

Nurency Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience for a remote position. You must possess exceptional skills and expertise in digital marketing strategies and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to define project goals and requirements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all digital properties.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving design excellence.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: BDT 100,000 per month
