Hiring A Project Manager (Product Design & Dev)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us drive our projects to success.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Nurency Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of design projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with our design team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that our clients are delighted with the final products.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Team Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
    Ensure team members have clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload balancing among team members.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
    Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all design deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and client communications.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a  Software Agency or UX/UI design agency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and processes. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication in English and Bangla and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Trello, JIRA).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CSC, Business, Design, or a related field.

  • Full-Time
  • In House (Mirpur DOHS) 

Work Environment:

  • Competitive salary: 35K BDT – 60K BDT. We will negotiate as per your experience and skill.
