Fixform is a comprehensive maintenance management platform designed to streamline maintenance workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The platform caters to various industries, providing tools for reporting issues, scheduling maintenance tasks, and tracking the progress of ongoing maintenance activities.

Our goal was to redesign Fixform’s user interface to improve usability, enhance user experience, and introduce new features that align with the latest industry standards. The focus was on creating a responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing platform that facilitates ease of use for all user types, from maintenance personnel to administrative staff.

Complex User Flows

The existing platform had intricate user flows that were not intuitive, leading to a steep learning curve for new users.

There were inconsistencies in the user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
